The things I do just so I can update this silly blog!

Hi everyone,



Andy just left and it was "heavy leg day" - as the following, rather poor quality picture will ascertain.



Started off with dead lifts running from 135 to 155 to 185 and then on to 200 lbs. Nice! Then onto squats culminating with 3 sets of 6 at 225 lbs, that is just over 100kg for the imperially challenged readers out there! I love squats!



After that was a fair bit of core work - less important but Prague and Reykjavik beckon.
