Hi everyone,
I am flying back from Yellowknife today and just finished a lovely 5.2 km run which I started at 5:15 AM. Must be nuts but at least I did it on the treadmill - baby, it's cold out there.
Today's song of the day is... wait for it.... Dig by my favorite rock 'n roll band, The Who.
