Hi everyone,
Completed another 4 km run today - kept the treadmill at 2% incline and kept the speed up. Managed the entire 4.02 km in 23:01 which is a 5:44 pace. Nice!
I still have 10 or 11 km to get finished this week but my time is tight. I am on a plane all day Friday so I have tomorrow and/or Saturday. Next Sunday is another LSD, this time in Markham with my running club.
