That's better!

Well,

Knock on wood and all that but things are looking up a bit. Today was 7C and the roads were great for running back home in Aurora. I was even wearing spring running gear including my favorite baseball cap instead my warmer winter hat. I covered 6.1 km in just over 43 minutes which puts me up at over 36 km this week so far. I plan to do a long run tomorrow and have a charity run next week added to my training. I leave for Prague in just 10 days and I do feel ready for the task ahead.

Today's song of the day was difficult to select a few good ones presented themselves but I ultimately have to go with a real classic. kd lang's live performance of Hallelujah came at just the right moment and added to a really nice run.

Stay tuned for an update tomorrow. Things are starting to move fast and furious now, space cadets.

Paul
