Hi guys,
My cold decided to reassert itself costing me three days but I was able to get out for a 5 km run tonight and feel pretty good. This morning, Andy came over and we did a long session of Yoga type stretching and a 30 minute circuit focused on Abs.
Just a really quick post. Our song of the day came down to a toss up between two fine Canadian Bands - The Guess Who and Heart. I decided upon some reflection that Heart wins with Crazy on You.
Assuming I feel ok - I will be back at this tomorrow. Talk to you soon!
