Gentle readers, three months from now, the second I write this, I will be drinking a very good tasting beer at the post run celebration in Prague. Hopefully having completed the event in less than 2:22 minutes - beating my best time for a 1/2 to date. More on the event itself and the city of Prague in later postings but, in the mean time, an update on today's activities.
Every Saturday morning I do a circuit workout with my sons, James and Andrew. Today was no different. The circuit is a combination of squats, cardio stepping, pushups, pulldowns, rowing and the "modified medicine ball thingie" I mentioned in a previous posting. Andy, our training has still yet to come up with a name for it.
Tomorrow is my weekly Long Slow Distance Run and I am aiming for a route that is approximately 14 km. I will update you again tomorrow!
