Well, today is the launch of the soon to be legendary Paul Mackin Prague 1/2 Marathon preparation site. The race is set to run in Prague, of all places, on March 29th.
My intention is initially to set this up so my friends can share in my excitement of preparing for this event. I will give more background to how I ended up doing this in the days to follow but suffice to say this is one of those stories about wanting to make some basic changes in one's life and having some fun in the process.
So, some stats for day one of the blog:
Height: 179 cm
Weight: 113.5 kg (a major point of difficulty at this point)

Previous week: 35.3 km
