Today, gentle readers, was a good day on the training front. As explained to you in a previous post, I have a little mini circuit training thing that I do some mornings and today was one of those days. I started out with a five minute walk on the treadmill followed by 3 sets of:
25 pushups
25 crunches
25 lateral pulldowns with 75lbs
Then, this afternoon I went for a 10 km run. The time wasn't particularly good as the road conditions were not good with a lot of freshly fallen snow and slush, bad for traction, but nonetheless, determination prevailed and I completed 9.7 km in just over an hour and ten minutes. Folks, it is Tuesday, and I already have over 30 km under my belt since Sunday - the km are building up and I am feeling pretty good that, with 66 days to go, I will not disappoint you on March 28th.
Today's song was a Lyle Lovett classic: Here I am
Tomorrow, back both in the gym and on the treadmill - stay tuned.

Watched 'No Country for Old Men' yesterday at the 'ol filmklubben. Just at this moment realized this is a movie I have to watch many times. Ofcourse was going to... But realized I have to.
And by the way, good look with your jogging project.
